Kind of reminds me of Ben's alien 'Amphibian'. Does seem huggable but it depends of they allow you too or if they dislike you. But in a general sense... I guess so? It might be hard since the Puppet's body from my memory is really slim. Their arms are also pretty long for extra arm wrapping so it's passable for one of those clingy hugs.
