Calvin's successor Theodore Beza altered Calvin's writings & this atrocity has his "writer's voice" in it not Calvin's. Most don't distinguish the difference though. Calvin's name was left on the Institutes for credibility's sake. That's untrue and disgusting. This quote is so odious that methinks I'll barf up my supper.
