Look at the black sheer shadow part on the stairs and then keep looking up until you get to the top of the I think it's an altar in the midst of the dark pillar beside it and you should notice it.
I actually whatched a documentary on this, and the cause of this is still debated today and it's been mostly ruled out that overlap was the cause, which leaves it still as a multiple decade ghost photo that is still unexplained.
