This SCP is a 6-inches tall humanoid that is made of seemingly empty space that you can touch. his anomalous property is his ability to fly without any means of support. he uses this ability to hide in small spaces and jump out and scare people whenever an unsuspecting person comes nearby. he is completely friendly towards humanity and doesnt eat. he shares the anomalous property with SCP-999 that gives people happiness, but at a smaller scale.
