Actually ASCII-oid (their autonym is "olelo" so they call themselves olelos) names no matter what they're written like will always be written like normal human names like for example
SdRS would be Sdrs
However some ASCII-oids have names like &>÷[ however they would pronounce their name as something easier to say
They cannot choose their name as it is biologically inherited depending on the names of the parents, which are also biologically determined at random
Names are also not gendered due to the fact they are random, some dude could be named "Jessica" and nobody would bat an eye
