I've been tanking everything these last few weeks/months, every new discovery about my father bad actions, every mistakes from little to big, my new life schedule, my new house, the constant fear, the non-stopping stressfull episodes, I just can't take it anymore. I sometimes have hard times breathing, shaky hands and i tearup while having negative thoughts that only feed my fear and my stress, i just can't get used to the fact that i won't be sleeping ever again in my previous bedroom that i made so cozy...
