Mosquitoes actually have a poison/irritant that the use to draw blood without you noticing, and after the numbing wears off it causes an unpleasant itch

Just take a tiny bit of butter, cover it in soy sauce, melt them together, freeze them for 3 hours, take it out of the freezer, add corn syrup and vinegar, then melt it all together again, soak a bandage with it, then wrap it around the itchy spot.
