One time i saw a story about basically this mother gave birth to twins except the second guy failed for a reason i forgot and the second guy's fetus was stuck inside the first guy's fetus and eventually that led to a grown man having a underdeveloped fetus inside of him which couldn't even get out so they had to surgically remove it
