I think the drawing will hit harder if you only color the blood. Just leave everything else white. If it was a comic of sorts, doing this will put the fact that she is eating a man's flesh in the spotlight. Like a "Look over here" adding other details would be kind of redundant since the main focus is on that piece of human flesh. You get what I'm aaying? Every other details are unimportant.
