so you get a piece of bread. cut a hole out of the middle of it. put the piece of bread on a buttered pan at medium heat, and crack an egg into the hole in the bread. let the egg cook halfway and then flip it. then take the round piece that you cut off and toast it in the pan. then you eat the egg in a nest with a fork and knife and you can dip the toasted circle in what's left of the yolk on the plate and eat it. my mom always made it for me on Saturdays when i was little and it's PEAK
