Milestone 2 literally just gets a belt, thats the only change Milestone 4 just gets cards on his collar, and his diamond glows

milestone 1 and 2 chance look the same, milestone 3 and 4 also look the same. we all complained about 1x but chance was right there, simple answer make 2 and 4 more distinguishable or make new milestones and have the old ones be legacy's
