Yes. Also, Rodger is slow for a reason. Being able to earn double research, aka probably the hardest part to any Toon License, HAS to come with some sort of disadvantage. So by making Katherine, you basically are power creeping Rodger while at the same time making an overpowered toon, and this game already has a huge problem with there being completely useless toons and broken toons that can easily solo their way to floor 20.
