hold ice where you want to Peirce it until you cant feel your ear at all, then I would say sewing needle so you can pull it all the way through just to make sure its done right, but make sure to have water and paper towels because it does bleed, it will take about 6 weeks to heal and it will hurt like a bitch when its touched during said time period, but in the end, its worth it
