It gets revealed that during the surgery Vincent Grey performed on Maeve MacGowan to put her head back together, Vincent left a piece of brain out by accident. Maeve is missing a piece of her frontal lobe. Vincent throws the piece of brain into the trash and says something not important.

There was going to be a comic that showed maeve's childhood after Claire broke a picture frame of Maeve's father in front of her by accident. Maeve's father's name was Fergus MacGowan. They lived on a farm nearby a junkyard. They would take things from the junkyard, bring them home and build things together. Fergus was gifted but not nearly as gifted as Maeve is.

Maeve overreacts over small things and beats the shit out of Claire sometimes. Claire doesn't fight back or defend herself, and leaving Maeve never crosses her mind

Claire's medically half dead deformed decaying ugly ass shriveled brain unlocks it's full potential and gets a boost when Maeve, or anyone else she loves deeply is with her. Love connects her neurons together. In this brain boosted state that Maeve's presence activates, Claire is capable of reading, understanding complex emotions, and forming memories that will last forever.
On the day Maeve takes the bandages off her face, Claire feels intense regret and guilt for what she indirectly did to Maeve. While doing the dishes, she sees herself in the reflection of a knife. Her own face becomes a permanent memory for the first time. She becomes self aware permanently, using her brain more effectively, but her brain is still a decaying shriveled unstable lump of shit.
Claire starts to worry for how she treats people, worrying about the small things like forgetting to say thank you, or making "the wrong facial expression" at someone.
Some more examples of things that Claire beats herself up for:

Speaking too loudly
Speaking too quietly
Claire feels as if her existence ruins everyone's day, every day, and wishes she could just disappear and make everyone's day better. She attempts to end her life a couple times, but is too scared of pain to go through with it.

This is Larry. Larry is trapped in another dimension. Larry is a god. Larry doesn't care.
One day Maeve orders pizza, for herself and Claire. A pizza guy named Larry shows up at the front door. Claire excitedly drags Larry inside to show him what Maeve is working on. Maeve turns around to look at the stranger Claire dragged in, hitting her arm on a special veyline activated quartz crystal, breaking it off of her device. The crystal hits the ground and it blinds everybody. A beam pulls Larry into the crystal, then the crystal implodes. Larry comes back as a shadow figure, trapped in his own dimension, but he can still see his home dimension, and interact with it. He can create and destroy matter, teleport, create, manipulate, or destroy souls. He chooses to keep being the pizza guy, almost never using his powers. It's not that he doesn't know how to use them. He just doesn't care.
I never got the chance to come up with his before becoming a shadow design. He may have been a bug looking beanoid, because big eyes.
Claire was excited to see the stranger turn into a shadow. Maeve wasn't. Maeve gets overwhelmed with guilt and yells at Claire, shifting the blame onto her.
Larry's design was inspired by Prismo The Wish Master from Adventure Time.

The whisperer comic spoilers:
Grady Blackstone sexually abused his daughter Elyrin Blackstone, and also physically abused her with a bat.
Mora Fitzgerald the fungal slime beanoid was going to be an important character, helping Elyrin after Elyrin crashes her dad's car at the edge of the woods. They talk, they bond, and Mora teaches Elyrin how to look for edible mushrooms.

Elyrin manages to start her car again with Mora's help and drives away to get help from a farmer she knows: Beatrix. On the way there, Elyrin somehow ends up in a frozen cave, finding a frozen strandid (tribal caveman beanoid thing) and tries to break the ice, but leaves instead of finishing the job. The strandid breaks free from the weakened ice while she's at Beatrix's farm, and follows Elyrin home, wanting to help her, but its understanding of help is twisted from millions of years trapped in the ice going crazy from hearing every sound vibration on the planet at once 24/7.
Elyrin comes home, her dad punches her in the eye.

At night the strandid materializes in Elyrin's closet and comes out to pat her head in her sleep, notices the injured eye and makes it worse by digging its nails behind her eye and it pulls on her eye. Elyrin wakes up and runs from it. It tells elyrin in her mother's voice that it's trying to help her, and chases her, pissed off. Things escalate, it kills her dad with a mirror shard and cries, then tries to kill her. She escapes barely alive and tries to tell people what happened but they put her in a mental hospital.

The strandid speaks to Elyrin in her mother's voice a lot, and messes with her mind with brain waves, making the house around her appear to rotate, shrink, grow and stretch. She finds rooms that don't exist and stuff.

Most of the horror was going to come from body horror and disgusting injuries, like the strandid cutting the skin off of it's face to reveal a mouth, Elyrin being forced to walk on what was left of her ankle, digging into wounds with tools or fingers to pull stuff out

Maeve makes a lot of weird prosthetic arms, creating exposed nerve endings and connecting them to her prosthetic arms. One of the arms Maeve was going to make was a flamethrower arm

Transformers: Eclipsed never had a solid plot or ending planned out, but here's what I did have planned:
Knockout abandones Skidlock on the "autobot" cargo ship (they are factionless) and Skidlock is forced to pretend he's not a decepticon by changing his head shape, eye color, and not sounding like great grandma who's been smoking two packs of cigarettes every day of her life. He had to pretend he wasn't there to steal from them and also kill them if he had to.
This comic had it's own version of claire. This Claire was small, intelligent and creepy. She hid on top of the pipes along the ceiling of the ship, and manipulated Skidlock into doing things for her, blackmailing him and his secret identity.
Hubert isn't normal. He cannot transform, or at least, he's not supposed to. Attempting to transform into his hovering tuk tuk vehicle mode causes him to bend his metal panels in unhealthy ways and bleed. It's like he springlocks himself with his own body, crushing and stabbing things inside. Transforming for him is not painless and safe like it is for everyone else.

Maeve's missing piece of brain changes her personality and makes her unstable. She becomes much more violent, sensitive, apathetic, and she sees and hears things other people don't see. She creates special lenses that help her see even more things and it freaks Claire out.
Maeve continues to have that lisp she had in that one comic. The nerves in her face never fully healed.
She's blind in one eye, and the never fixes her goggles. Claire begs Maeve to fix her goggles and to wear better safety equipment, but Maeve's excuse is "There's nothing there to protect."
Maeve uses a cane now. She can't walk on her own after Vincent used bone and tissue from her leg to fix her head.
