Take politics out of immigration

That wouldn't make any sense, and if someone becomes a naturalized citizen later in life, they essentially wouldn't be able to vote before they die. That's against the constitution

It’s a political issue because uncontrolled immigration is bringing in future Democratic voters. Delaying that abuse protects America. Waiting 18 years still allows naturalized citizens to enjoy the benefits of America.

So you want a law passed that you think would hurt a political party you don't like (with the usual excuse of "protecting America"). That's laughable.

Radical Muslims have more in common with Republicans than Democrats. But trying to pass a law that would specifically target one political party would be unconstitutional. Then again conservatives don't really care about the constitution

We live in a country with states where it's ILLEGAL to ask for ID from voters.
