technically? yes. Can I access it most of the time? No. My parents refuse to tell me the password to my PC because I cannot be trusted, and I have a lot of missing work so there's no way they'll log me in now
Cter; 10; all of the above; human(we think); Humans, socializing, slingshots; Fighting, being left behind, rudeness, cruelty, knives; Cter is essentially Chara's polar opposite. They are frail compared to Chara's layers and layers of attack power, but are a highly potent healer, should you find them. Chara fills the cup to the very top, whereas Cter drinks directly from the sink. The one thing that the two have in common, besides being children in striped shirts, is their love for the golden flowers. Morally, Cter is neutral towards the Monsters, but gladly attempt to visit the Dreemurr family, if only to see Chara again. 2; 8; 15
