Mendelevia is a country, Moscovio is a character, Moscovia is a state and Neon is also a state. It's basically my version of the US. So Periodic States Of Mendelevia is the official country name. And Mendelevia got its country name because Mendeleev was the one who created the periodic table that we know today.

Forgot to mention that there's a state called Mendelevia but it's called "The Mendelevia State" to avoid confusion between countries and territories.
