Ooo I like the vibe he gives
My only gripe is that the colours are a little mixed and I would've maybe done a more cohesive colour palate

Other than that I like him!

He's an ornithologist. He wears so many colors in order to appear friendly to birds. Notice that he doesn't wear white, which means fear and danger for some birds.
