Well something is better than nothing. Trump could be improving it, but that is not the goal. People should be responsible for paying their bills, they don't do that when the bill is too high. That is where insurance comes in, Otherwise, there would be an economic collapse..

Everything has gone up since the mishandling of the pandemic. How do you expect to get the best healthcare, best meds, without the money to research? People have to pay their bills. Not too many people can take a $100,000 hit for an easily curable disease. We need healthy people to have a stronger society and strong America. None of that happens, if people do not pay their bills.

How do you make them? Insurance. Most people want to pay their bills, they just can't.
