🌙 A NEW ALLIANCE — Ayrs & Kaibi Meet Grimm Again
Ayrs and Kaibi made it to a ridge overlooking a small valley pond.
They drank water, caught their breath, and tried to calm down.

Grimm floated down again.
Ayrs flinched.
Kaibi stepped between them immediately.
But Grimm held up both hands.
“No illusions. No traps. I simply want a word.”
Ayrs narrowed her eyes.
“Why us?”
“Because you ran,” Grimm said calmly.
“And that… intrigues me.”
Kaibi tensed.
Grimm descended until he was eye level.
“I’m offering neutrality. For now. I have no interest in ending your story so early.”
Ayrs glanced at Kaibi.
Kaibi whispered,
“…We can trust him. But only a little.”
Ayrs nodded.
Grimm bowed dramatically.
“A wise decision.”

Kendrick walked along the riverbank, microphone in hand.
He cleared his throat.
“Testing, one, two—”

And a bolt of blue static shot out and split a rock in half.
Kendrick stared.
“…Sheesh.”
He pointed it at a tree.
“Boom.”
A puff of blue static sent leaves raining.
He grinned.
“Alright then. This might be useful.”
The island officially had a rapper with lightning powers.
He kept walking with a mix of swagger and caution.
🌩️ CONFLICT 2 — Oliver & Cassie vs Chica
Oliver and Cassie were scouting near the shrine again when Chica hopped out from behind a pillar.
Chica:
“Sup losers!”
Oliver jumped back.
Cassie rolled her eyes.
“Really?”
Chica crackled electricity between her fingers.
“I wanna test something.”
Oliver raised his climbing hooks.
Cassie performed a small hand motion — her halo glowed brighter.
Chica skidded forward, sparks flying.
Cassie stepped calmly in front of Oliver.
“Chica,” she said, voice firm, “I will literally send you to time-out.”
Chica fired a spark.
Cassie tapped the ground.
A circle of soft red light blinked upward like a bubble.
The spark bounced off it and zapped Chica’s own foot.
