depressions gotten worse
went to a mental health clinic for like a month
didn’t help
prob gonna have to temporarily go to a intensive day treatment school for a few months

i mean, i dont think that going to a clinic would help me either. i would like to know, do you think this alternative, the intensive day treatment, would help?
