He actually thinks he was destined to be a Flying type all along! He's even made a pair of wings, inspired by the high-flying planes that the humans made long ago, specifically the so-called "Dragon Lady."

(There isn't a Flying type Eeveelution, but don't tell him!)

however their is a fan made dragon mega for Vapoeroen but I haven't gotten to making the art for it
