📅 Day 24 – Challenge: Creating Life from Scratch
Location: The campus science wing has been transformed into a sprawling lab, filled with microscopes, molecular samples, Petri dishes, and vats of chemicals. Both teams have been given cells, molecules, and other building blocks with which to craft a functioning organism. The pressure is on, and tensions are high after the events of Night 23.

🌅 Pre-Challenge Introductions

Mewo floats casually above the lab floor, arms crossed, emanating a godlike chill aura.

Mewo:
“Alright, teams. Quick intro session. Ritual Rulers—you’ve got a few minutes to meet the new additions to BIG SHOTS. Don’t get too cozy, though. You’ll need your brains in top gear.”

Team Ritual Rulers hesitantly steps forward, led by Cassie, Kaibi, and Wembry. Virian steps out from the BIG SHOTS lineup, bouncing with ADHD energy.

Virian:
“HEY!!! I’M VIRIAN!!! That’s my brother’s team—Kaibi’s… yeah, hi brother!!” she shouts gleefully, ignoring the awkward looks from everyone else.

Kaibi: calmly nods, giving her a small smile, but remains distant

CassiLyn (Cassie):
“…We’re here to work, not… family reunions.”

Virian (grinning wildly):
“Oh I KNOW, but just know, I’ll be witnessing your every move!!!”

Golden Freddy steps forward slowly.

Golden Freddy:
“…Hello.”

Caring Individual:
“Hi there. Welcome to the island. Stay safe.”

Joe Metri Desh:
“DID YOU KNOW these cells are technically… already alive? …Anyway, jump check!” he jumps over a table, narrowly missing a vat of molecules.

Middle Finger Cat:
Raises her paw at MSMG Waifu’s absent desk space.
“…Who’s missing again?”

CassiLyn (Cassie):
“MSMG Waifu. Eliminated. Focus, please.”

Virian spins in a circle, accidentally knocking over a test tube.

Virian:
“Oopsie! Don’t worry, it’s my signature touch. Adds chaos points.”

Kaibi:
“…Just… don’t blow anything up.”

Virian (laughing):
“Too late!”

The teams separate, Mewo clapping once to start the challenge.

Mewo:
“Three… two… one… GO.”

🔬 Challenge Begins

BIG SHOTS immediately dive into the molecular soup. Ernst Richter carefully measures cells. Beans accidentally sets a small fire explosion in a Petri dish, causing Springtrap to groan.

Beans:
“Uh… oops? Fire improves metabolism, right?”

Springtrap:
“…Nope.”

Virian bounces on her tail, adding moon-powered light sparks to accelerate chemical reactions.

Joe Metri Desh:
“Jumping over molecules improves aeration. Fact.”

Middle Finger Cat pounces from table to table, moving materials with astonishing speed.

Golden Freddy quietly oversees, ensuring nothing catastrophic explodes.

🧪 Ritual Rulers Work

Kaibi floats calmly around, guiding Cassie and Wembry to combine cells with precision. Caring Individual tries to encourage consistency while keeping the team morale high.

Cassie:
“Focus, everyone. Precision is everything. If this organism fails structurally, we fail.”

Wembry:
“…I-I think it’s okay if I just… do the minor adjustments…”

Kaibi hovers over Wembry, gently nudging hands when needed.

Caring Individual:
“You’ve got this. Trust yourself.”

Virian occasionally yells across the room at Kaibi:
“HEY!! Brother!! WHAT ARE THEY DOING?! They’re taking too long!!!”

Kaibi (calm, ignoring her):
“…Let her have her fun.”

🏃 Blobie Mid-Challenge Chaos

Suddenly, a wild Blobie appears. 99% controlled by the Awakenener. Instead of attacking, he performs… the goofiest, dumbest run imaginable: knees flailing, arms spinning, tongue hanging out. He zig-zags across the lab, knocking over a single container of harmless glowing liquid.

Everyone freezes, staring in disbelief. Virian squeals.

Virian:
“WHAT THE HECK IS HE DOING!!??”

Blobie stops dead in his tracks, stares directly at Cassie, and freezes for a full 5 seconds, as if assessing her existence. Cassie meets his gaze, heart racing, not knowing if this is playful, threatening, or a warning.

Then… he continues the run and disappears out the other side of the campus.

Steve:
“…He’s losing it. Or we are. Probably both.”

Golden Freddy:
“…I do not like it.”

Kaibi:
“…He’s… showing up. We must stay calm.”

Virian:
“I WANNA CHASE HIM!!”

Kaibi:
“No. Focus.”

🧬 Challenge Progress

BIG SHOTS are chaotic but surprisingly productive. Beans’ fire explosions create random mutations in the organism’s cells that… somehow stabilize. Virian’s moon sparks help energize growth.

Ernst Richter is the analytical anchor, ensuring nothing dangerously unstable forms.

Middle Finger Cat is violent but effective in moving delicate samples.

Joe Metri Desh keeps jumping around, claiming “mechanical aeration” helps evolution.

Golden Freddy quietly guides and stabilizes the work.

Springtrap tries to sabotage the opposing team slightly but is reined in by Steve’s authority.

Ritual Rulers, guided by Kaibi, are meticulous. Cassie designs a highly complex neural network inside the organism. Caring Individual ensures care and coordination. Wembry, after brief panic, manages key molecular bindings with Kaibi’s guidance.

⏱️ Challenge Conclusion

Mewo floats above both teams, observing the results.

Mewo:
“Time’s up. Step back from your organisms. Let’s see what you’ve made.”

BIG SHOTS’ organism: Chaotic, highly unpredictable, but alive. It wiggles, sparks with faint moonlight from Virian’s influence, and mutates slightly with fire bursts. It’s unstable but impressive.

Ritual Rulers’ organism: Precise, structured, with a perfect neural network and extremely stable, though lacking the chaotic flair.

Mewo hovers, looking at both teams.

Mewo:
“Hmmm… this is a tough one. The winner is…”
