rule 1: it chases you 3 seconds after the lights in a room are off
rule 2: it only exists when the lights are off
rule 3: when its trying to form, the lights dim half a second to slowly (if this happens, turn the lights back on or run)
rule 4: every time you turn the lights back on, something in the room is slightly moved
