His helmet is none other than the Hounskull helmet. Yes it may look funny [and it is] but this helmet was made to be as effective as the great helm while able to keep blades away from the wearer’s face.

The Lunar Lord’s titanic sword, while not being as long as Anarchy’s Tomb’s titanic swords, is still effective at killing due to its powerful amount of leverage against due to its long size. His sword’s length is 208.28 cm long. The sword is empowered with nightfall power, a divine source of power that did not come from a god. He also wields a ring however the reasons why are unknown. His scale-ish armor can tank so much damage from many sources.
