The Sin of Indulgence, where people who are absolute in their passion and love can cause death, destruction, and more. However, this layer has not been around for a very long time. Tantalus, King of Sipylus in Lydia had begun a massive revolution to overthrow Heavens government with sheer force and so, he amassed a army of sinners and demons alike to storm Heavens gates. However, a insider told Heaven of this act of Treachery and so the Massacre Of Indulgence began. Thousands upon Thousands of Angels stormed the layer and destroyed every bit of civilization in sight. All of its structure and life began to falter and soon, the layer was desecrated. Nothing living remained. The Indulgancian Demons have gone extinct and all of its sinners have been wiped out. Tantalus's fate is unknown, its said that hes still in the Layer, eternally weeping for as he couldnt bring his people to salvation.

Portals to Indulgence are very limited, as the entire layer is unstable and portals to it usually fizzle out. This massacre of Indulgence somehow caused future sinners that would manifest in it be manifested in other layers. Uriel and the Council had caused this against Hell, and now the inhabitants had to deal with the price.
