My ears can hear, my eyes can see,
My teeth can chew, my tongue can taste,
My heart can beat, my lungs can breathe,
My chest can rise, my legs can haste.
My mind can think, my words can bless,
My soul is free, my sanity grasped,
They walk around, and make their guess,
To why I think that I am trapped.
My hands are held, my mouth is bound,
I try to tell, yet not a sound.
