I'll be honest with you. It's good, but not that good. It's bad, but not that bad. It's in the middle.
I have three things to make the drawing a bit better.
1: The left foot is too big. It needs to be the same size as the one on the right.
2: The eyelashes are meant to be at the bottom of her eyes, as in my design. But since it's your design, I want her to look a bit more feminine.
3: Outlines. Outlines are key. They're the staple of drawings. And you need the "blueprint" for said drawing. First, draw it on paper(or in your mind), then try to replicate it on a computer. Blueprints are the most important part when designing.
