Everything is going so smoothly as if we were gliding

Update on my situation: We found a house where we could settle down for good, and i actually cant wait to live in it. The best is its actually so perfectly placed for us in terms of distances for daily activities. The house is kinda damaged but it has everything we need, cant wait.
