Right to be Recognized
All users have the right to have their rights and to be punished when breaking the law.
Freedom of Expression
All users are to have the right to express their opinions freely about anyone or anything. Their rights shall not be infringed because it criticizes or promotes anyone or anything, though limitations do exist:
1. If they've been asked by the mainstream to stop
2. If their speech is consistently singling out a specific user who has asked the speaker to stop
3. If they are intentionally or knowingly spreading lies with the intent of framing another user for something they didn't do and without the victim's consent
4. If their speech is intended to cause discord throughout the stream
If proof of a user being the speaker in any of these circumstances is shown, then said user's freedom of expression can and will be limited.
Right to Fair Consequences
No user shall be given an excessive or absurd punishment for a misdemeanor.
No user shall be given a punishment without warning beforehand that they've broken the rules. Except when the user is actively spamming images or comments that are harmful, or go against the TOS.
Right to have a Voice
Any msmg user's or veteran's voice shall not be infringed upon when votes are cast at any
User = Anyone that has or had an account
Verified user = User with 10,000 points and 30 days experience
MSMG user = A verified user who has gained at least 30 total upvotes through posting and commenting in msmg respectively
Veteran = An msmg user who has a join date later than or equal to 730 days prior to the current date
Dead user = Someone who hasn't posted or commented in at least one month
Alt = A user who is owned by another user(s) who isn't/aren't dead users
User hierarchy:
Alt < Dead user < User < Verified User < MSMG user < Veteran
When a type of user is referred to, it is talking about all other categories above it as well (Above referring to every other category to the right of it in the hierarchy)
Mainstream = At least 10 msmg users
Majority Mainstream = At least 20 msmg users
