how to make a pen ink shooter; you will need: - pen - rubber band or hair bubble; step one: remove all perts of the pen so you are left with the ink resevoir and pen ink; step two: place rubber band/hair bubble on the ink resevoir; step three: put pen ink inside; step four: stretch rubber band/hair bubble to the end of the pen ink; now pick a target and let go of the bubber band at the end of the the pen ink and watch it fly!
