Harjinder Singh was arrested in Stockton, California, and charged with 3 counts of vehicular homicide.

Harjinder Singh failed his CDL test TEN TIMES – and failed an English proficiency test.

Singh also failed his air brakes knowledge test TWICE and lied about being proficient in English.

Newsom has reportedly issued 62,000 commercial driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.
