ok so
basically you have the ability to alternate between realities to solve puzzles
the way you'd do it is with a mysterious crystal
it has properties to modify reality in any way possible if used right
and throughout the game you slowly learn how to use the crystal to unlock different abilities

BUT
the more you use it, the more IT takes control of you
there would be 2 endings
bad ending: you use the crystal too many times and IT takes full control over your mind, altering reality to its liking
good ending: you don't use the crystal enough and you need to survive the government and break the crystal to end this chaos once and for all

Here's more of the story tell me if it needs revisions: Basically we haven't decided who you are as the protagonist but basically you find a secret government facility developed by the United States of America... However the game as you continue to play changes reality

And Everytime you play the game the more unstable reality becomes the game was a top secret classified project during WW2 to change reality to defeat the Nazis however a spefic general shut it down as it deemeed too dangerous and thought to be impossible and even if achieved could lead to tyranny
However some way some how the project jumpstarted again and now for some reason the United States government is showing up at the base again like they lost something and an ancient evil that was sealed away to protect reality is coming
