Awesome dessert
✨BISCOFF TIRAMISU✨
Ingredients:
3.5 packs of Biscoff cookies
4 cups of whipping cream
16 oz mascarpone
1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
4 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
Splash of vanilla extract
Espresso
Directions:
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, mix together your mascarpone, Biscoff spread, sugar, vanilla and salt until just combined.
Pour in your 4 cups of chilled whipping cream and continue to mix on high speed until stiff peaks form.
In a separate container, dunk your cookies one by one quickly in your coffee and double layer them in your casserole dish (or whatever dish you have).
Add half of your cream mixture to cover the cookies.
Dunk more cookies in your espresso in a double layer.
Add the rest of your cream.
Top with either crushed cookies, cocoa powder or even piped cream as you will find this recipe
makes a lot of cream.
(This makes a TON of cream and I used a 9x13 casserole dish. don’t feel obligated to use it all. you can even half this recipe)
Chill over night (or at least several hours).
