Eh, I do understand why some people don't like it. If you're religious and the beings you worship are portrayed as genocidal maniacs (like Adam with his exorcist angel army), while the bringer of all evil (like Lucifer) is portrayed as a misunderstood dork, you'd get a bit pissed too. That said, Christians are way too used to others demonizing their religion, and at least Viv does it respectfully in that only a portion on the top of Heaven knew the reality, and that there's shades of grey between good and evil. Not to mention that there's some pretty deep Christian lore cuts in there. I mean, let's be honest, who here knew of the Ars Goetia before Helluva? Or let alone Stolas?
