The chairman of the committee that awarded the award to 0bama, was a washed-up liberal politician who gave the Norwegian voters an ultimatum on the percentage of the vote (36.9) he demanded to form a government. They rejected that, he got 35%, and he refused to form a new government. Like all the other washed-up politicians, he eventually got his spot on the Nobel committee... His only reason for giving that award to 0bama was his intense hate for Bush.
