Power playing means making yourself wayyy too strong compared to normal standards. I find that it typically means that nothing is fun for the others playing, because it's just frustrating to deal with power players. No offense intended, but it's also a common thing for younger children to do. It's actually mostly the younger people, now that I think about it. The arrogance and way of thinking that they can do whatever they please is usually what drives it.
