Pacman World 3 is different from the first two games and has a dark atmosphere, so it's bad. Or, the game can just be its own thing. Yeah, it's darker, but that doesn't mean it's bad. Pacman, in general, has a really simple concept, so why not just embrace the weirdness? What's so different about a sphere trying to stop some evil genius from destroying two worlds than a fat Italian plumber going to space, a blue hedgehog turning into a super Saiyan, or a pink cotton ball fighting a literal eyeball? Yeah! I mean, this is probably not a real complaint since this is just a game starring a yellow circle, but it's different, so it stinks! Yeah! The game's tone is bad because we should compare it to stuff that came out before!
