You would definitely get badly hurt if you have sex with a beanoid, not just because of their size and strength, but because of the radioactive fluids inside them, you can get burns just from touching their skin for too long. Inside their body is where all of the radiation is so if you're deep inside a beanoid or a beanoid is inside of you, you'll get burns, blisters, necrosis, things will open that shouldn't be open, and you may need to get amputations and you may also get cancer.

It depends. If Claire suddenly loses all of her radiation (a big source of her energy) she will be tired all the time, lose her strength and die from starvation. Based on one of my comics that was never finished though, if you can preserve a beanoid long enough and remove the radiation slowly, they will live, but they'll mutate and rapidly grow cells and weird organs and develop severe psychosis as the radiation is kind of what holds their brains together.

The radiation comes from energon, a glowing blue liquid that travels through special veins deep in their body. The radiation is always there and doesn't go away

I want to say no, but because of Claire's weird transformative abilities, realistically, the male beanoids should have a chance of getting that mutation too, so maybe around 1 percent of male beanoids could theoretically change their organs to make pregnancy possible.
