Some states can issue a drivers license for somebody who only has one legal name unlike most people with a first name and last name. So in one of the lines they put "no name given" as a placeholder because the person doesn't have a second part to their name.

Makes sense when using a mononym.

Maybe a bit gullible to still believe what elected officials say, but pretty sure not alone on that.
