accidental logging out problem fix

all i need to do is figure out what their logout function is, remove effects from the logout button, and readd the function with a confirmation box

I accidentally log out many times a day trying to go into settings. I'd like if Imgflip:
A. Spaced out the settings and log out button
And/or
B. Make it so you have to use another pop up before logging out.

an empty space between buttons would look weird

it should also have a timer before the popup to delete your account appears so you can cancel it if you're in a situation like i was
