Yeah, they used to make games. Just doesn't seem Ninth had any, and Tenth didn't have any known ones.

I just know Tenth was featured in a card game, but I think most the real ones came from the Eleventh Doctor era unless there's any in classic who. (Obviously, Eighth didn't get one.)
