Ever heard of neutrality in WW2? Some countries sold arms to both sides and didn’t get invaded.

Yeah it's literally a business practice people have been selling weapons to both sides of the war for a very long time and that job is called an arms dealer they make a hell of a lot of money doing this

I'm saying it intensifies war between sides because you are giving them weapons
If they aren't getting weapons, they eventually can't fight anymore
