Because of how poorly made Claire's model was at first, she actually has scoliosis. It was bad for a while but it's been reduced a lot by now. Nobody's ever noticed though, so that's cool. It's almost impossible to see now but certain things don't line up like they should sometimes. Maeve uses a lot of Claire's old body parts, so Maeve has scoliosis too.
