so I made Cter. Initially they were going to have 1 pixel eyes but I really hated how it looked. Unlike Chara, Cter only smiles when other humans are around, has a black eye rather than the blush Chara always has, and much messier hair. Their temperament towards monsters is neutral, but they would rather the monsters stayed in the Underground. They are very frail. They are also canonically known better as "Terrance" due to Chara. Though they don't understand or care for monsters as much as they do other humans, they are still very kind to them, and would never hurt anyone, unlike SOMEONE who has so much LV that they could steal Jevil's role as the "I can do anything" guy.
