The only issue with that is that masq will just spawn her 70 alts to queue in as her friends to support her case

I actually disagree because traditionally jury members are selected with no bias who wouldn't have heard about the incident, and msmg is small enough that almost everyone knows atp, and word spreads through memechat too, so I think that the vote should be open to everyone, besides alts

however an open voting process will be difficult as we have little proof other than word of mouth of who is or isnt an alt.

So perhaps we could nab some relatively offline users or users from the fun stream

I think that telling who is and isnt an alt isn't really that hard, just by looking at someones profile you can prob tell somewhat accurately
