also there's this part of that rule too:

you posting "[person] is a [hate group member]" is this as well. you first create the problem (e.g. saying "dougdoug is a nazi"), then you exaggerate it by arguing about it in the comments (e.g. slandering other users by quoting what you THOUGHT they said), which creates more unnecessary problems.
