I can't take it anymore, I feel so alone, I do have friends but I'm always helping them.. I know they care about me too but its difficult for me to say how I feel so I always just say I'm fine, but I starting to feel the weight of everyone else's pain and sadness crushing me, I'm always having panic attacks now.. I need serious help and idk where to find it.
