To a non-stick pan, add 1/3 cup chopped ham and a knob of butter (1 tablespoon)
While that's warming up, break 2-3 eggs into a bowl (depending on how eggy you like it), add a few shakes each of salt, chili powder, and trader Joe's Sriracha sprinkle seasoning mix, a splash of Sriracha sauce, and a splash of teriyaki barbecue sauce. Whisk until combined.
To the pan with the ham, add leftover white rice. While that's heating, grate 1/4 cup of gouda cheese (or to taste) and set aside. When the rice is hot, turn the heat down and add your eggs. Stir everything together until the eggs are cooked (60 seconds), add the cheese, and stir again.
