For level, when you start playing it, it will take awhile to get to over LV 17, but after that you'll be able to go on a usual grinding for level (sweeping levels that you've finished)
For the special currency, there's a A LOT OF ways you can get them. A first Normal level will give you 30 Pyroxenes (yes, that's the special currency), and the later levels will give you 70 pyroxenes, after you've completed the entire stage, it will give you 200 pyroxenes
in hard levels, you will get 30 per each level. After you've completed the entire stage, you'll get 250 pyroxenes
if you play it in Concentrated mode, there's a chance that you'll be able to earn 50 more Pyroxenes
The raids: there are 2 types of raids, "Total Assault" and "Grand Assault"
both have the rating system, and there's a unique rewarding system for the points that you've earned during the fights (Also be able to earn Pyroxenes)
Total Assault: you can earn up to 600 and more Pyroxenes after the raid finishes(Ranks matter here)
Grand Assault: you can get a 10-free pull ticket after the raid finishes (Ranks also matter here too)
you can get trophies from both raids
You can also earn Pyroxenes from the events too (Event stages and other things)
some events gives you extra Pyroxenes when it's about to finish
You can get a lot of pyroxenes from completing stories (Main story and other mini stories)
oh! and also this game has a special chat feature called "Momotalk"
it allows you to do the "relationship stories" with the characters that you've already got
to raise the relationship rank you need to give them lessons on the "Lesson" thing, or invite them to the cafe (you have to click on them). You can give your students gifts (that can also rise their relationship rank too)
